Ñahuimpuquio Lake:This lake is situated in the North of the Chupaca province, in the Ahuac district, at an altitude of 3400m. Its water is cold and calm and of a bluish green color, due to the presence of seaweed. The vegetation most representative for the shores of the lake is the 'totora'; the exotic species of the lake is the trout. The lake's trout constitutes a major attraction for sport fishers.
