Staff
During the 1980's and 90's, all members of staff suffered from abuse and violence both as a consequence of terrorism. Therefore we got together with the mission to help those
children who most need our help; each staff member is totally involved and can identify
with the villages in the
Mantaro Valley (Huancayo).
Elizabeth: Director and one of the founders of
the social aid and volunteering program She is a trained
sociologist from the National University of Perú in Huancayo. She was born in the district
of San Pedro de Cajas, in the province of Tarma and has achieved numerous social aid projects for children and youths, with the collaboration of the Archbishop of Huancayo. Due to her charismatic
character, she is a very approachable person.

Nilton:
General Coordinator, is in charge of
technology, and is one of the other founding members of the social aid and volunteering
program "Perú Luz de Esperanza". He studied electrical engineering at the National
University of Perú and was born in the city of Huancayo. He has initiated
diverse projects such as the electrification of the village Chambará and Santa Rosa de Tistes. Furthermore he has organised many social aid activities for
children and adolescents.

Antonio: He is a teacher by profession, he
loves to teach children, and enjoys preparing the lessons for
the children. Antonio attended the University of Central Peru and is interested in music, literature,
and loves art. He has been working with "Perú Luz de Esperanza" since 2007.

Miguel:
He is our Spanish Teacher, He has 5 years of the experience teacher volunters.

Hector and Conrado Fernandez:
They are our coordinators of Spain country.

Maxine and Robert Roach :
Coordinators from Australia.
