We are a non-governmental non profit organization, the organization was founded
with the aim to fight poverty and ignorance which exist in the villages around Huancayo.
We are tired of class division, social discrimination and the neglect of the Andean
People. The help offered by the government only reaches the urban regions and merely
a little bit, or nothing, is done for the children and adolescents who live in the
villages around Huancayo. Hence, the education of a child from a village is completely
different to that of a child from the city; therefore children from the villages
have even fewer opportunities to rise.
"Peru
light of hope" has
been created with the aim to set up an integral volunteering program in the rural
communities concerned with children and youths, as we believe that they hold the
future of our country in their hands. The help that we offer to the different rural
villages consists in donations, economic help and, the most important, training
for the people, and education for the children, awakening in this way their manpower.

Mission
Our mission is to offer sustainable support for the most needy children and youths
of our region, thanks to joint work of involved professionals from Huancayo who
are familiar with the poverty in our country and the support from you volunteers
from all over the world.
Vision
Our vision is to help the people of greatest
poverty around Huancayo and in Peru, offering economic, academic and social help
to all the children and youths, victims of abuse and neglect, and to be one of the
first programs of the child's and youth's integral and social development, fostering
in them an education with ethical and moral values.
Objectives
Our objective is to help the children
and youths from the villages around Huancayo, providing training in different areas,
donations, health campaigns, and others, thanks to the help of very special people
Duch as you, - volunteers from all over the world are. The reward that all volunteers
and us expect to get is that smile of an adolescent or child, that strengthens us
to go on helping more people in our country.
