Staff
During the 1980's and 90's, all members of staff suffered from abuse, violence both
consequences of terrorism. Therefore we got together with the mission to help the
children who most need our help; each staff member is totally involved and identifies
with the villages in our Mantaro Valley (Huancayo).
Elizabeth Noemí: Director and one of the founders of
the social aid and volunteering program "Perú Luz de Esperanza". She is a trained
sociologist from the National University of Perú Centre. She was born in the district
of San Pedro de Cajas, province of Tarma and has achieved numerous projects of social
aid for children and youths, with the collaboration of the Archbishop of Huancayo.
She has also organised many social aid activities and, thanks to her charismatic
character, she is a very accessible person.

Nilton Tarazona:
General Coordinator, also in charge of
technology, is one of the other founding members of the social aid and volunteering
program "Perú Luz de Esperanza". He studied electrical engineering at the National
University of Perú Centre and was born in the city of Huancayo. He has initiated
diverse electricity projects such as the electrification of the village Chambará and Santa Rosa de Tistes. Furthermore he organised many social aid activities for
children and adolescents.

Antonio Rosales Baldeon: He is a teacher of profesion,
He love to teach the children He do of this time enjoyed preparing the lessons for
the children.

Miguel:
He is our Spanish Teacher, He has 5 years of the experience teacher volunters.

Hector and Conrado Fernandez:
They are our coordinators of Spain country.

Maxine and Robert Roach :
Coordinators from Australia.
